  On 2/15/2024 Code Inspector M. Gonzalez conducted a sweep in the hunters Glen 4 area and observed a Bar-B-Q trailer, vehicle parked on the grass and damage/missing fence pickets all code violation can be seen from the public roadway. A notice of violation was handed to the property own.

  On 2/19/2024 Code Inspector M. Gonzalez spoke with the tenant at 1007 Manorglen Dr. and they stated that the Bar-B-Q trailer well be removed from the driveway by tomorrow.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 2/21/2024 at 1007 Manorglen Dr. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed Bar-B-Q trailer has been removed from the property and trashcans are out of public view. damage/missing fence pickets have not been replaced.
