Yard parking and front of property is all just loose sand from yard parking that’s entering the waterways. Along with all the trash and junk in the front that's unsafe and dirty the building is covered mold and mildew and chipping paint. Property owner needs to visit and do some long delayed maintenance, clean the building and paint it and take care of the yard and property. Looks like it's been years since someone has been here a
