Would it be possible to install 3-way stop signs at the intersection of Towne Mill Avenue and Rex Lane? Towne Mill Avenue has become a cut-though for non-local Towne Mill residents that travel between Lower Bethany and Fate Conn roads, often at a high rate of speed, well in excess of the posted speed limit. Since there are no speed limiting devices installed between the Towne Mill Crossing and Midway roundabouts, a 3-way stop sign will reduce the speed through this section of the residential neighborhood. Most newer developments have stop signs at each intersection, and it is a low cost way to slow down traffic. This past week a dog was killed by a car on Towne Mill, and with so many young children, we do not want a child be hit by a car. Thanks!
