parking lot in disrepair, garbage along the rear of the property, dumpsters in disrepair (rusted through the meta, no plugs in the dumpsters and their leaking, the lids are broken and have graffiti written on them. Discarded furniture in the rear property. Exterior walls in the rear of the property have holes and missing electrical outlet cover.

Officer Ardoin observed the trash and debris has been remove from the rear property. A few dumpsters have been replaced. The holes on the ear structure have been repaired, however, the missing electrical outlet covers violation still exist. Officer Ardoin will continue to monitor the property.
