Description
This person here in the downtown residential neighborhood has a Rooster that howls every morning at 4am - 7:30am every morning and wakes up our entire family! I’ve asked the person in a note to please re home their obnoxious bird as it’s a code violation (S4-31) NO ROOSTERS) Allowed in city limits . Yet they keep it around and it’s bothering everyone. Please handle this code violation.
