Description
This power pole was replaced by emergency request from Duke ONE YEAR ago and the Joint Service Companies have not transferred their lines to the new pole. I've contacted Duke but said there isn't anything wrong. The black box is hanging from the wires inside of said box. I believe it is the responsibility of the other companies to attach their lines to the new pole within 6-months
