Thank you. The habitually, frequent, loud noise is very disturbing to the elderly retired homebound woman who lives close to the disturbance. Its not fair to the neighbors or dogs.

Door open Today screen closed so they don’t even have the option to go inside.

All day long in the yard unattended barking at passersby and cars.

It’s on Oak and Poplar streets too. Dogs barking and barking. It’s an assault to the senses and stressful. I remember getting a ticket in this city for having a loud muffler when I didn’t have enough money for the work. Then I was made to pay for both. Why aren’t these people ticketed?
