Description
The storm water ditch that runs from Marina Bay subdivision to Addington Place Assisted Living on the south side of 54th Ave S is completely filled with dirt, vegetation and garbage. This has become a breeding ground for rats and mosquitoes. This ditch also empties directly into the inter coastal waterway and carries what little can actually get through the culvert into Boca Ciega waterway. The ditch is concrete but it has been completely covered by dirt and trash over the years. In the 10 years we have lived here it has not been cleaned.
