As opposed to speeding that isn't excessive?

This is a continuing problem of public safety and should not be closed!

The cities are all crying for money and in Mentor there are speeders in the construction areas at all hours. Enforcement there would yield double fines every 10 minutes on both sides of Rt 2

Every day there is speeding on every street in every city. The police can only do so much. And instead of complaining about speeders why don't you complain about the construction that needs to be expedited.

If the slower vehicles would stay in the right lane like they are supposed to, no one would have to speed around them. Just saying.

In Ohio, the fines are double in construction zones only when workers are present.

Good question. Why isn't this being enforced?. If you drive the posted speed you will get run over!!
