  Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16125871 on 2/29/2024 for a private property complaint located at 4355 Palmer Plantation Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed a commercial Trailer and a unregister light brown vehicle with no registration sticker and flat tires stored on the driveway that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 30-163(a) and Section: 9.6.B of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Notice Violation was posted at the front door.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 3/21/2024 at 4355 Palmer Plantation Dr. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed trailer has been remove from the driveway and is out of public view.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 4/01/2024 at 4355 Palmer Plantation Dr. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed no progress has been made with the light brown vehicle that is parked in the driveway a certified letter will be mailed to the property owners.
