Description
The alley between 2nd Ave S and 5127 3rd Ave. S is not being maintained by the other property owners. The fence is falling down next to our property with debris spilling into the alley, the trees are hindering access by the garbage trucks and there is debris not in the garbage cans. Most of the properties near ours are rentals and there is a constant mess. The property owners need to be notified and or fined.
