This house continues to deteriorate. The gutter downspout dangles from the gutter.

Many of the neighbors thought this particular home was sold by the county with the stipulation it had to be owner occupied. It has been vacant for nearly four years.

It's owned by Kevin Schoen..the owner of ACD.net.He and his brother have several rentals.No excuse for this..not like he hasn't the money to correct issues like this.Maybe you need to call or send an email or comment on his Facebook page to get his attention
