These homeowners plowed a path through the dunes and put down a walkway of their own. They also have placed their own adirondack chairs on the beach at the foot of the trail. Please make them take up the walkway and restore the vegetation under the trail at their own expense in addition to any other relevant fines. We would all love to believe we own the beach between our property and the Gulf, but we don't. We all agree the dunes are there for a reason and more breaches of the vegetation by selfish homeowners needs to be penalized to prevent other such self serving actions. Ray Rubin
