Time depends on when he is there. Day night does not matter. And I don't know what just don't want it near my kid or other kids on the block!

These people need to go. They are repsonsible for fights out in the middle of the street during the wee hours of the night and the speeding cars drving down the street...after leaving this house, The back light is always on as these people hang out on the back porch and deal drugs.
