Description

the city came into the park(Alphonso Wells Park),and trimmed some trees 2 weeks ago. they placed the tree branches on the berm, and have not been back to get them. now trash is collecting in the branches, some branches have fallen into the street. why haven't they been pick up after 2 weeks.
