2180 7th Ave N is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as traditional single family home (NT-2), no special exemptions or classifications.

Property owners LLC has a mailing address in Chicago. They purchased the property in March 2023, first review is from June. 14 STR reviews since exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.

Property was also somehow homestead exempt in 2023.
