Neighbors have observed and reported frequent drug activity in the absentee landlord house on an otherwise lovely street.

this goes on night and day. no one knows how many people live in that house, alot of people in and out. drive up and drive away.

I saw a bunch of young kids throw blocks at houses right off of Clinton ave & Liberty street- a few weeks ago-
