Description

The culvert situated in front of my home was cleaned out some time back, but the debris that was removed was left behind. With the weather getting warmer, my yard now reeks of raw sewage, emanating from the debris. The smell is pretty awful and unpleasant.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could come by and clear out the muck and other nasties from my property, which includes a dead animal skeleton.
