REPORTS THAT TOILETS IN HOME WILL NOT FLUSH; LAST TIME SHE HAD THIS ISSUE THE SEWER WAS BACKED UP. PLUMBER HAS BEEN OUT TO INVESTIGATE AND UNABLE TO RESOLVE ISSUE. REQUESTING SOME ONE COME OUT TO INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE
