Description

I dont know if this is the right place but...
every Monday and Wednesday I leave the ATC building at DVC around 9.15pm walking towards the life science building. There is a small patch of lawn that is massively over-watered so that water runs down the hill and the concrete underneath the overhang is usually completely wet too. Considering that we are in a drought....
