I've reported this to the health dept several weeks ago. I don't know how long it will take to clean up but these kinda of issues like this that drive me crazy!

The building department was out there and issued a maintenance code violation citation. The rolls of carpeting on the sidewalk have been moved to the side of the house, along with the rest of the garbage.
