Description

Caller reporting a vehicle that is partially blocking their driveway and blocking the way in front of where the trash can pick up is. Caller states that there is an individual in the car but doesn't see him doing anything that would prompt it to be suspicious. Caller states he is just reporting the fact that it is blocking his driveway partially and his trash can pick up.
