  Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16184957 on 3/11/2024 for a private property complaint located at 3102 Glenn Lakes Ln. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed high weeds/grass, damage and missing fence pickets and four trashcans that are stored on the driveway and on the left side of the house that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 9.14(a)(1) Section: 30-33(a)(1) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. and Section: 302.7 of the International Property Maintenance Code. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 3/27/2024 at 3102 Glenn Lakes Ln. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed front lawn has been mowed however trashcans are still in public view and damage pickets have not been repaired or replaced.
