What does that mean? Its not 61s land or the neighbors. Its clearly on city land. Just gonna let all the trees fall into the water ?

I have checked with the Engineering Dept. on this issue. The area in question is entirely private property. The Town does no own or have any easements in that area. This area is listed as wetlands however and certain activities such as cutting of trees may be restricted. Please contact the Town's Wetlands Agent, Ginny Higley, ghigley@enfield.org or 860253-6368. This issue will be closed in SCF

Correction, the Town does have an easement for the drainage at this location, but it is private land. The photo shows a tree which was cut down over the easement and down stream of the drainage inlet structure. Therefore, the pictured tree should not block the flow of water in the easement, as the pipe is underground at the location of the cut down tree.

Based on the photo, the tree appears to be on the property of 59 Kimberly Drive.
