Large pile of cedar wood chippings left piled in R.OW. at back of this address, on Coleman Street North at the alleyway. Over time, this unattended wood chip pile is causing drainage issues on Coleman Street North. Please address this with homeowners to come up with solution for removal or remediation. Thank you.
