This vehicle was reported in 2021 and it was never removed, case was closed and no solution was found. Please advise.

The vehicle does not have to be removed to be found in compliance. According to the ordinance, the vehicle must be removed, placed inside an enclosed building or made operable to be in compliance. I am not familiar with the 2021 case but the vehicle was probably made operable. The owner has been notified of the current violation and may resolve the situation in one of the three ways listed above. Since no response has been received by the owner, the City will begin the process of declaring it a public nuisance and having it removed if the owner fails to bring the property into compliance.
