Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately the intersection of Higley and Germann is not a good candidate for a roundabout due to the traffic volume, number of lanes and the Right of way and utility impacts. However, a project is slated to begin construction in the next couple of months to modify the medians. This modification will shift the left turn lanes, providing a better line of sight for vehicles preparing to turn left. The project is administered by ADOT. Thank you
