3940 Wahoo Dr SE is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as traditional single family home (NS-1), no special exemptions or classifications.

Property owner has a mailing address to the UPS store on 22nd and "host" profile shows they live in Havertown, PA. Their LLC owns SIX single family homes in Pinellas County. They purchased this property in June 2022 and sold to another LLC in July 2023, I'm assuming both "companies" are related to the same people since the first AirBnb review is from February 2023.

31 STR reviews in 2023 plus 8 so far this year on one of the listings and 1 additional review on a separate listing for the same house and more upcoming bookings reserved on the availability calendar exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.
