Description
Trash has not been picked up from the can in the alley in over a month.
This is attracting pests. There have been multiple tickets opened that have been marked resolved; however, the trash has still not been picked up.
There used to be 2 trash cans in this area, but one was damaged over a year ago and never replaced.
