It’s multiple bumps from it seems like it was from a previous patch

Q. How deep is the pothole?
A. 3-6 inches in some spots
Q. How big around is the pothole?
A. Probably 12 inches but seems to be 20-30 feet long
Q. Is the hole an even square shape (indicating a trench from utility work)?
A. No it was a previous patch and has deteriorated and it is now bad and bumpy
