This issue will be resolved by the larger road reconstruction project which will incorporate Batchelder Road from Broad Street to the causeway, as well as sidewalk installation work on Batchelder and Mechanic Streets. It appears that this work will occur in 2016, following Amtrak's work on the railroad bridge.

We will close this issue at this point, pending the efforts mention above. We will "keep an eye" on this ponding issue as we move forward.
