Spoke to property owner at location
Concern is that some time ago there was a water main break at location where it lifted the driveway and street and possibly compromised the asphalt. Within 6 to 12 month period extensive alligator cracks have appeared and center of road appears more elevated than normal

The cause and solution may involve multiple utilities and government agencies and may take more time than anticipated.
