If you fixed the water drainage issue you would fix the ongoing pothole issue. Pond comes to mind.

It is really pitiful that the city continually uses the excuse of “private way” when they plow the streets causing damage as well as allowing all the utility companies to dig up the roads and not appropriately repair them. Harriet road had a significant water main break a year or so ago that significantly contributed to the poor condition of both Harriet and this end of Grapevine.

Significant is an understatement, it was a raging torrent of water that washed the whole street out and was never properly repaired making the situation even worse!
