Good afternoon,
Thank you for reporting this issue. I did a site visit yesterday to confirm site conditions. I left my contact information with a tenant. Today, I did another inspection because it is their service day. The bins were serviced, and the manager on-site said they will clean up the enclosure. I also received their written confirmation to increase service to twice a week. I'll continue to monitor the situation until resolution.

Thank you Erwynn, your prompt attention is very much appreciated. The inadequate number of trash receptacles is one issue, but a key issue here is the leaving of those trash receptacles unsecured - all other surrounding businesses to 1601 McCarthy are closing and locking the trash receptacle lids overnight on a daily basis, because of the homeless individual that regularly steals bags of garbage from the trash receptacles, as well as raccoons that raid open trash receptacles.
Requiring the business to lock the trash receptacle lid overnight is a key step to solving this problem.
I will attach a picture from the coyote creek trail adjacent to 1601 McCarthy, this was taken today, the trash was not on the trail yesterday evening.
Your help is appreciated.

Good afternoon,
I did a site visit today, and the enclosure is almost cleaned up. The owner said the remaining waste in the enclosure will be placed in the containers for Monday's service. I'll be doing another site inspection on Monday to see.
So far, twice a week service seems to be sufficient. I will continue to monitor the enclosure past Monday.
