Description

Caller states that there is an RV that has been there for at least a week. The caller states that someone is living out of it, however they leave in the morning and come back at night. He states that they dump their feces and urine in areas that aren't proper to dump. The license plate is 66420 and it's a Nebraska plate. He states that the area that it's located is in a empty lot.
