Property clean up that needs to be addressed & conducted. It's been several years since ( approximately 7-8 years) the resident(s) had a tree cut down on their property and had tons of fire wood stacked along the property located at: 1527 - Roland Ave. N.E., Canton, Ohio 44705
Well some of the wood was given away to whomever could utilize it, but the remaining wood, stump, debris, and excess wood is STILL sitting on the property after 7-8 years.. This is a health hazzard, safety hazzard, and is bringing down the property value of home owners.
Additionally, it is a nesting place for rodents, rats, termites, and skunks/possums to hide and hibernate which is a health issue and a nuisance.
The wood, stump, and debris needs to be removed immediately.

It's been far too long before the home owners in the neighborhood have had enough of residents who are neglecting and not maintaining their property/homes.
