Property owners trust has a PO box that previous case 24-00000619 (regarding permitting issues) said was not deliverable / valid. The Airbnb listing host is not the owner but also is the host of 4047 19th St N (STR case 24-00003815).
Property owners trust purchased the property in Aug 2023, first review is from February 2024. 4 STR reviews since exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.
