Description
1. There is a malfunction on the street lights at W Walnut and N West End Ave
-The pedestrian crossing signals do not change from "Don't Walk" to "Walk" in either direction
-The timed red and greens are way off. The green light for walnut stays green for 6 minutes with the red on West end the same. As a consequence traffic backs up down west end through the lights on Marietta and West End with traffic unable to turn onto West End from Marietta because there is no space.
2. The timing of the lights at Marietta and West End also seem to be significantly different adding to the traffic tie up---

Thank you for your report. We're in the process of retiming most of the City's traffic signals. This signal's timing was adjusted this morning and it appears to be working properly.
I will leave this ticket open for a few days. Please let us know if you experience any more problems. For more info, see https://www.cityoflancasterpa.gov/blog/city-of-lancaster-enhances-traffic-safety-with-strategic-signal-adjustments/.
