Description

Tenant/s are constantly throwing their junk into their yard that we share a driveway with. It's attracting animals and is absolutely disgusting. The mattress has been there for at least 6 months. They have more of junk all over the property and refuse to clean up after their selves. Landlord has tried to be reached and he refuses to help until the city is involved.
