Once again, 6096 Buckeye Court - Unit A has the blue tarp which is disintegrating and there are these blue strings all over my property and throughout the block. The last time this happened (reported in June 2023), multiple threads got into my outside AC unit causing the fan to be damaged and stop working - which I had to pay to repair. I do not want to repeat this maintenance cost due to the owner's negligence.
