Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16280802 on 3/26/2024 for a Weather Protection/ Paint complaint located at 2302 Stillmeadow Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed rotten facia-board on the left side of the house facing street and can be viewed from the public roadway. in violation of Section: 304.6 of the International Property Maintenance Code. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 4/02/2024 at 2302 Stillmeadow Dr. regarding a Weather Protection/ Paint violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed no progress has been made to fix the rotten facia-board a certified letters will be mailed to the property owners.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 4/17/2024 at 2302 Stillmeadow Dr. regarding a Weather Protection/ Paint violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed rotten facia-board has been repaired therefore this complaint will be closed.
