Description

There is a shopping cart left beside U-Haul at the corner of an access road on north side of U-Haul onto Guide Meridian. It isn't on the shoulder of the Guide yet, but it is edging it's way closer. Looking at the city's online map, the property line there lies very close to Meridian so, the cart appears to be on private property, but very close to the highway.
