Description

Driver picked up broken garage bin, waiting to be replaced at 1322 SE 3rd Ave, even with me standing there telling him its broken. Then noticed my neighbors bins were thrown down in a heap. Driver is constantly dropping bins from 3 or 4 feet off the ground causing damage to the bins.
