Description

Our property line is where the pink flag is and the neighbor is proceeding to pace their fence on our property. We have our boundary survey plan to the contractors informing them but they said they can’t do anything and will consult the owner.

A. Owner is building their fence 8 ft into our property.
Q. Can it be seen from the street? If not, dividing fences must be handled in civil court.
