Description

Homeless parties setting up tents adjacent to the vacant lot on the southeast corner of 6th and MLK. Tents are in the alley that runs north/south between J St. and MLK.

A. Vacant lot is owned by Multicare. Multicare Security has asked that they move-on but they simply moved the tents onto the alley surface which I assume is city right-of-way.
