Description
Area between residential home and commercial space is becoming littered with clothing, trash and personal items from individual who is sleeping on commercial property at night. Natural area in unmaintained growing into sidewalk and debris blowing into alley and onto residential property. Area has been attracting people once business is closed. There is junk/storage that doesn't seem to belong to business that is being placed here in addition to overgrown and unmaintained landscape.
