Description

Male caller states female neighbor hung a big tarp on side of her house to deter rain. Caller states neighbor has basement walls that are bowing in and water leaks into her basement when it rains. Caller wants tarp removed so rain water doesn't cause him issues. Caller also states rear property is full of trash and junk.
