Description
Illegally dumped debris on Barber Lane, adjacent to 1851 McCarth Milpitas, being dragged through coyote creek and polluting watershed and sensitive wildlife habitat
Debris needs to be removed immediately, city can not wait for code enforcement to take months to address it.
Property owner at 1851 McCarthy needs to be fined for repeatedly failing to adequately secure property, leading to a several weeks long active homeless encampment on property and the generation and dumping of above debris on Barber Lane.
