We have received your request for a cart exchange and have forwarded it to Amwaste. The exchange will occur on one of your regularly scheduled pickup days. Please mark the damaged cart for removal and place it at the curb on the designated days. We will notify you in advance if there is any change in the exchange day. You didn’t notify until the DAY that the request was approved. There was no reasonable amount of time to place the cart out as it was already at work. Please reopen and give reasonable notice
I will place another request however these carts must be available at the street on your regularly scheduled pick up days. There is no notification given unless coming on a different day than your service day.
