Description

This is not a camplaint. i has paying the water bill and realized that of my various monthly bills the water, sewer and trash bill is the lowest. The three things that are the most important to me. Water to drink, en environmentally sound sewer system and trash pick up. And I think they do a great job, extend my thanks to them.
I would like to suggest an enhancment. AS my wife and I get older it is becoming more difficut to ge the garbage can out to the curb. Perhaps you could offer for a surcharge the guys get the garbage can themselves.
